All jewellery from Alexandra Aurum is hand-made to order, so your piece will be sent within 2 – 3 weeks from the time of ordering. UK Delivery – Delivery costs £6.40 per order and is for a Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery.

Payment and ordering
All payments must be received and authorised before shipment. Cash and bank transaction are accepted forms of payment. Cheques may be considered but can be refused at company discretion.
All goods remain the property of Alexandra Aurum until paid for in full. The company has the right to refuse any money transaction for whatever reason at its own discretion.
When ordering Rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A Ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this may be subject to a charge.
In the case of any unexpected change in price due to error or fluctuating metal prices, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). We reserve the right to remove goods from sale as necessary.

Return / Refund Policy
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn and saleable condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit or not received.
If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange, unless faulty, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will be refunded if the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Customers that return items to be exchanged will be charged return postage.

Late or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact alexandraaurum@gmail.com and we will do what we can to help you.
We regret that we cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery parcels will be handled by more than one postal service delays can be caused by customs checks.
Alexandra Aurum cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

We are happy to repair any jewellery purchased from Alexandra Aurum as necessary. We make a charge to cover the cost of postage and sometimes will charge a small amount to cover materials used for repairing an item.
